One Decision Management owner, Brandi (Hereford) Ebner, is a Prineville native with nearly 20 years of event planning experience. Her current portfolio includes the High Desert Horse Expo, Prineville Western Days, and Prineville's Your Closet To Mine consignment clothing sales. As the prior Executive Director of the Prineville-Crook County Chamber, she was also the coordinator of many local events, such as the Christmas Parade, Easter Egg Hunt, Annual Awards Dinner, and Oktoberfest Business Showcase. She currently is a member of the Picnic in the Park committee and a lifetime member of the Crooked River Roundup board.
