About Norm's Xtreme Fitness Center:
Welcome to Norm's Xtreme Fitness Center in Prineville. We offer a complete range of fitness opportunities including aerobics classes, elliptical trainers, free weights, gentle yoga, karate classes, recumbent bicycles, resistance circuit, rowing machine, sauna, senior resistance classes, spin classes, stair steppers, stationary bicycles, tanning beds, and treadmills. Personal training is also available. Norm's Xtreme Fitness Center sponsors local fitness events; see our Newsletter for details.

Hours of Operation
Norm's Xtreme Fitness Center offers extended hours to fit most any schedule.
Monday thru Thursday - 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Friday - 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday - 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Facility: Norm's Xtreme Fitness Center provides an array of equipment including circuit training, elliptical exercisers, free weights, rowing machine, sauna, stair steppers, stationary bicycles, tanning beds, treadmills, etc. You won't be crowded in Norm's 8,000 square foot facility!

Olivia Mitchell - Gentle Yoga: Olivia has been teaching or participating in exercise programs for many years. She owned and operated a yoga studio in Susanville, CA before retiring and moving with her husband to Prineville. Olivia says, "I enjoy hiking, walking, Tai Chi and golf. Norm's gym has a great room for my gentle stretch yoga class."
Norm Smith - Senior Resistance, Bike Rides, Tuff Nuff : Norm has been a certified personal trainer for over 13 years with experience working with people with special physical requirements, body building contestants and helping others train for sports programs. Norm has been active in sports for many years, competing in marathons & body building and is currently a triathlete competing in "Ironman" events.
Alicia Smith: Alicia is Co-owner of the Gym. She is a certified Personal Trainer, a certified Sports Nutritionist, and a Senior class instructor.
Ashley Thrasher - Jacked Up Fit: Ashley is a certified Cross Fit Instructor.
